Billing, refunds and payment problems

Write to archst.app@gmail.com with the reference number from your confirmation screen. If money has left your account and you cannot see a booking, do not pay again — send us the reference and we will trace it.

Our refund and cancellation policy sets out what is refundable and how long it takes.

Early access to the app

You can download the Android app directly today — it is free and needs no account. The Google Play listing is still in closed testing; message us on WhatsApp if you would rather install it from the Play Store and we will add you as a tester.
